Hi, I'm going to have my first baby very soon and I'm somewhat scared about the whole feeding thing. I actually want to breast feed my baby, but I'm scared that I'm not going to be able to as lot's of women in my family have a problem with it. Do you have any tipps on how to manage? Thank you, Sally

Hello Sally, don't be scared because when you are stressed out this is not good for your baby and also not for being able to breast feed. Breast feeding is not easy but you should ask at your hospital if they have a training for you. Just in case they also have formula for you in the hospital. I did breast feed but also did supplement with the Holle organic formula I get from myorganicformula.com. It is important that you are prepared but also to be brave and trust in yourself. I also want to tell you that you are going to be a great mother - breast feeding or not! Yours, Annie

Hi Annie, thank you so much for your helping words! Sometimes I really need to take a deep breath and relax more. I'm just so excited being a first time mom Sally
